Precise bending and rounding work
Bending and calendering are among the key forming processes in metal construction. Controlled power transmission creates precise angles, radii and complex geometries from flat or profiled metal parts. In calendering, on the other hand, sheets are passed over several rollers until the desired cylindrical or conical shape is precisely formed. At Isifer, we rely on modern machinery and a deep understanding of material behaviour – this enables us to produce components that function reliably in all areas.

The art of bending metal
Curving allows cylindrical or conical shapes to be transferred to flat sheet metal parts. Using modern rolling machines and CNC-controlled bending presses, we manufacture radii, round bodies and elliptical shapes – with precision, repetition and stability. Our components are used in architecture, industrial and plant construction, façade projects, furniture and interior design.

At Isifer, we have a press brake and powerful rolling machines. This allows all materials to be bent into radii, angles and circular shapes for various applications.
